Remade in Brooklyn is a member of the global Remade Network of community fixer spaces, a nonprofit social enterprise that creates a new business model around repair education and creative reuse. We teach repair skills and provide tools to teach consumers how to extend the useful lives of their electronics, clothing and furniture.
Repair is far better for our communities and our planet than recycling and it's key to the creation of a circular economy.
Our mission is to create jobs and promote sustainable, ethical consumption for a zero waste future. We belong to the global Remade Network founded in the UK by Sophie Unwin. We proudly support NYC's Zero by 2030 campaign.
